NECROLISIS
Yes it’s true that perhaps thrash metal has become a “trend” around the world, even in countries like Costa Rica that never had a tradition of having classic thrash bands, now we can find a couple of outfits that are bringing this era of “revival” very close to home; and like any other trend out there in the market this could become a dangerous thing for true metal fans, the only thing that saves us from this is the quality bands like Necrólisis are bringing to the underground movement, giving us not just a saying in this new era of thrash but establishing themselves as a real outfit that plays for passion and not just to follow what the big countries in metal are doing.

Describing their music as old school thrash speed metal, Necrólisis might not sound very interesting to all the fans that have already bought albums from other old school oriented bands, but wait, because their music might not be a rediscovery of thrash, but it is certainly good, and who will ever say no to too much of a good thing… well not me, so here it is Costa Rica’s very own definition of the word thrash… Necrólisis!
