No more sitting on a dark corner reciting old demonic chants…it’s time to take action, headbang with your corpse paint on until the sweet melts it away leaving only your tired and satisfied face.

This is Horned Almighty ladies and gentlemen, a black metal band with a lot of groove on every track; each song is catchy but still black metal, no more atmospheric dark sounds to create a more “evil” approach to music, this is just what black metal should be, fast, heavy, catchy, with haunting vocals that go just a little into death metal but stays inside the boundaries of good old school black.

The Devil's Music is perhaps one of the catchiest black metal tracks I have ever heard and I mean that! Some people believe that black metal should just be dark and satanic and bad produced and… you know where I’m heading with this, well this record makes it clear to all of us that love music, that metal should be fun, it should make you want to go headbang and get into a mosh pit and kick your best friend in the groin (not promoting violence but….crap is fun!).

Some details about this album: love the symphonic intro, sounds like a preparation for war in an epic medieval movie; some songs sound like a mix of death metal, black and some hard rock that make this very enjoyable (you know to have some hard rock riffs really get you back to the old school stuff) I totally LOVED the cover art work of the album, Satan rocking, what more can black metal tell you…Satan does know how to have fun after torturing those annoying Christians!

Why should you buy this album? Well because its good, nice production, but it always keeps that “garage” feeling underground black metal is distinguish by; because the riffs are the most important part of every song, as well as a great sense of rhythm and tempo, get The Devil's Music even if you don’t like black metal, because this album goes beyond stereotypes.
